Aliens in Roadway

Recently I was traveling in Arizona, which is mostly kind of a desert. Out there the speed limit on the freeways is 75 mph (120 kph), but everyone drives 95 mph (153 kph) And I passed this road sign. It took a moment for the thing to register in my brain because I was moving at such high speed, but the image was imprinted on my retina. I didn't get a picture of it, so I had to draw it from memory. I have a good memory and an easily-influenced retina, so this is really accurate.
