Fall Fashion Fling Poster

It's only July, and of course the advertisers are all gearing up for the big Fall Sale which starts in August. You know the Fall Sale: that's where we try to get rid of our massive inventory of spring fashions that didn't sell in January, by convincing the public that bright pastel shades are the hip new colors for Autumn. And ladies, you really need those spikey heels for clawing your way across the slick rainy streets of Santa Banana when the temperatures plummet in late December, just before the spring thaw in early January.

This is another piece that started off as vector practice. I forced myself to draw the entire thing with the pen tool instead of freehand. Including her cute little nose! Except for the so-called shading, for which I used the "knife".

The model's name is Chloe, and no, she's not a native of Santa Banana, she's just visiting our planet.
