As I mentioned to some people, for a couple of weeks Uncle Vanilla will be keeping a low profile. Bunch of work next week, and then some "down time" after that for sneaking around the wild west with a camera. But I will return. Have no fear.

UPDATE 2010-08-14 10:35 pm Mountain Time. Today I drove an automobile from Bellevue, Washington to Missoula, Montana. Approximately 470 miles. Doo dah doo dah! (Tip of the day: If you're ever in Missoula, get off I-90 at exit 101 to have a bite and a brew at the Montana Club Casino and Restaurant. Probably the best BLT I've ever eaten...)
